Who it's for

For every stage of expecting

01

First trimester

Slow movement for tired, queasy weeks, with rest whenever you want it. The teacher adapts poses from the first class.

02

Second and third

Supported poses for hips, lower back and breath as the body changes. Lying on the back is swapped out; props bring the floor up to you.

03

Fourth trimester

Gentle, restorative classes to rebuild slowly after birth, when your doctor says you are ready.

What to expect

What a pregnancy-adapted class looks like

1

Check in

Tell the teacher how far along you are and anything your doctor has said. Everything that follows adapts to that.

2

Gentle warm-up

Breath, shoulders, hips and spine, seated or standing, at your own pace.

3

Supported stretches

Blocks, straps, blankets and pillows under you, with side-lying and seated versions of every pose.

4

Rest

Supported rest on your side or propped up, never flat on your back after the first trimester.

5

Leave lighter

Most students leave looser in the hips and calmer in the breath, which tends to help at night too.

Ready when you are. The live schedule shows this week’s classes and teachers, and booking takes about a minute.
