Yes. Choose the number of people when you book and each spot is held under your name. Classes are small, so book early for the popular times.
Join the waiting list on that time slot. If a spot opens, everyone on the list is told and the first to book gets it.
Comfortable clothes and water. Mats, blocks, straps, blankets and pillows are all provided. For warm classes, bring a towel.
